A Drainage Assessment (DA) is a specific requirement in Northern Ireland to accompany planning applications that may be affected by surface water flooding, or where the proposal could increase flooding elsewhere. The DA addresses Policy FLD3.
Our unprecedented experience of flood risk and drainage assessment in Northern Ireland, and expert understanding of Rivers Agency requirements means we can advise on an appropriate scope of work – engaging Rivers Agency to ensure that concerns are addressed quickly and cost effectively – while minimising unnecessary work prior to obtaining planning consent.
